A popular regional grocery store wants to grow its grocery delivery and pickup business. But customers aren’t so quick to adopt. They’re unfamiliar with the platform. They already use another delivery service. They’re nervous about someone else picking out their groceries…

They want their bananas Kermit the Frog-green, not school bus-yellow.
How do we get shoppers to incorporate delivery or pickup as a regular part of their grocery shopping routine?
THE PLAN
Build a strategic creative roadmap to guide design and copy towards executions that align with our business opportunities. For this project, I was responsible for the creative concept, all copywriting for the final deliverables, and writing, building, and pitching the strategy deck to internal stakeholders.
